another heart attack :(

right after I posted I went on to read facebook and my mom had just posted her brother is having emergency surgery right now for a heart attack and ruptured aneurysm. As a nurse, I know this is a very serious condition and I also now have heart disease on both sides of my family. My dad had a heart attack about 3 years ago and now my Uncle. I WILL DEFEAT MY OBESITY PROBLEM!!! Yes I know I do not look obese just maybe too fat but I am obese I am 5ft 6 and weigh over 200 lbs THAT IS A PROBLEM!!!! one my heart can not handle well!!!
