Hi! Welcome to my blog!!! I write about my challenges to lose weight while being super busy! I am raising 4 kids, a full time night shift nurse, and married to a sailor! I have seen every decade of numbers from 140-280s since becoming an adult. My ideal goal weight is 155. I am a runner, slow but have ran many half marathons. My goal is to run a half in all 50 states and an international one (Ireland!). Currently I am using My Fitness Pal to track my calories and a Polar FT4 to monitor caloric burn but patiently waiting for the fit bit Flex wristband to be released.
